Lucía joined Jubilee Australia as a fellow in January 2022. Lucía worked in the food and agriculture sector in her home country, Peru, for more than six years before coming to Australia in 2018 to further develop her knowledge and skills in helping to manage the complex challenge of climate change. 

Lucía holds a Bachelor of Science (Food), a Graduate Diploma of Finance, and a Masters of Integrated Water Management. Lucía is passionate about exploring the dynamics between environmental and social systems to help manage water in more sustainable and equitable ways.
