Niki joined Jubilee Australia in February 2026, bringing experience in research and data analysis across community and international development contexts. She previously held the role of Senior Social Researcher at Western Sydney Regional Information and Research Service (WESTIR) Limited. She began her career as a data analyst in the corporate sector and has since worked for not-for-profit organisations such as Teach for the Philippines and The Asia Foundation.

She is passionate about using data for meaningful change and supporting communities to use research and data for their own advocacy. Niki moved from the Philippines to Sydney for further studies. She holds a Master of Development Studies and is currently a PhD student at the School of Social Sciences, UNSW Sydney.
